Founder story
Nat Smith-Nunes — Founder & Lead Consultant
Nat has spent over 25 years at the forefront of digital innovation, consistently turning emerging technologies into practical solutions that change how industries operate. He was part of the accelerator team at Trainline that delivered the UK’s first scannable digital rail ticket, leading a small cross-functional team to design, code, and roll out technology that is now an everyday norm for millions of travellers. He also architected and built the UK’s first digital telecoms bill and contributed to major BBC digital moments — including national election coverage — as well as the global launch of the PlayStation 4. For the past decade, Nat has worked as a consultant and coach, helping organisations adopt Agile practices, optimise delivery, and align strategy with execution. At Accelerate Outcome, Nat applies this combined experience to the fast-moving field of Agentic AI. His principle is simple: reduce friction, automate the boring stuff, and give business owners more time for what really matters.
