This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding refunds for services and software products purchased from Accelerate Outcome Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Our Billing Provider

All payments for our SaaS subscription products are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf. Refunds are processed through Paddle.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase for any reason and receive a full refund.

To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of your purchase at [email protected] with your account details and we will process your refund promptly.

If you have actively used the Service during the 14-day period and request cancellation, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided, as permitted by law.

Subscription Cancellations After 14 Days

Monthly subscriptions

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. As monthly subscriptions are billed in arrears of service provided, refunds are generally not available for the current billing period.

Annual subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day cooling-off period, we may offer a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused months at our discretion. To discuss a refund for an annual plan, contact us at [email protected].

Consulting Services

Refunds are not available for consulting services, workshops, or assessments that have already been delivered. If you are dissatisfied with a consulting engagement that is still in progress, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address your concerns.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund by:

  1. Emailing us at [email protected] with your account email address and the reason for your request.
  2. Through Paddle’s customer support — as our Merchant of Record, Paddle can also process refund requests. You can contact Paddle directly through the receipt or invoice email you received at purchase.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Once approved, refunds are typically processed by Paddle within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided where:

  • The subscription was used in violation of our Terms of Service.
  • A chargeback or payment dispute has already been initiated with your bank or payment provider.
  • The request is made more than 12 months after the original purchase.
