The problem

Running a national fleet generates paperwork and planning decisions at a volume manual processing cannot keep up with: proof-of-delivery documents, demand swings, capacity calls.

What it is

We build and run AI systems inside the Stobart group's daily operations. Proof-of-delivery documents are read by multiple AI models, with a consensus engine deciding the answer, replacing manual data entry at depot scale. It runs in production today and is expanding across the group.

Alongside it, a daily forecasting pipeline blends live signal sources into demand forecasts the planning team uses to make fleet and driver capacity decisions each morning.
